**Sanghamitra Shastri** is a published researcher in war studies and strategic studies. Her focus areas are cognitive warfare, power dynamics, weapon systems and CBRN defense. Through her online publication Communicating Through Conflict, she explores the various dimensions of human conflict through the lenses of art, culture and war.

Parallelly, she runs Memento, a creative and experiential agency which also produces a podcast.

She is currently developing formats to make skill development more accessible.
